Many things happen around this old formal japanese city. As daylight hits the people of the town are normal and friendly with no violence. However at night, all the people tend to retreat back to there home and tons of assassins, ninjas, and brawlers wander the streets. There is no end until day. Occasionally, some of Kenshin's foes and friend's may appear. However none of them are real, the foes will strike at first sight, regardless if its the same character or not. The friends of Kenshin may re-act normally but they aren't aware that they are not real thus may lead to confusion if the real and fake see each other.
